Pneumatic Branding Machine with Temperature Control

BRAND-FIRST's Pneumatic Branding Machine is designed and built to keep up with the demands of high-volume branding; this press is the smart upgrade for manufacturers who value efficiency and precision.

Standard Machine includes:

• 24" column with approximately 20" of vertical adjustment.
• 8" of throat depth.
• Double acting air cylinder provides 2" of stroke. Requires 20-90 PSI from a standard air compressor (not included).
• Drill Press Mount branding tool with temperature control, (Standard 110 Volt) features adjustable dual spring plate design that ensures the branding head face will sit square and press evenly and consistently against the piece being branded.
• Double acting pneumatic foot pedal operation
• Custom engraved interchangeable logo head up to 12 square inch (NOT TO EXCEED 5'' WIDE). Additional logo plates may be purchased at any time.

Options include:

• Extra-deep engraved branding plate for branding soft materials
• 220/240 Volt
• Safety Dual Palm Button Dwell Timer allows the user to program the seconds that the brand face contacts the piece to be branded.
